New York, NY, March 2, 2026 - Abacus Finance Group, LLC – a leading provider of cash flow-based, senior debt for sponsor-led investments in lower middle-market companies – today announced that it served as Senior Secured Credit Facilities Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger with $10 million in senior debt financing to support Atlantic Street Capital’s investment in Pool Centurion Group.
Pool Centurion Group provides pool services, including weekly maintenance and repair work, to residential and commercial pool owners in South Florida. Atlantic Street Capital is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies poised for the next level of growth.
