ABACUS FINANCE CLOSES SENIOR FINANCING TO SUPPORT THE ACQUISITION OF IDENTITY FINDER BY INVERNESS GRAHAM
January 20, 2015 - Abacus Finance Group, LLC, a New York-based direct lending company that provides cash-flow senior financing for private equity-sponsored, lower-middle market companies announced today that it served as Administrative Agent and Sole Lead Arranger for senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Identity Finder, LLC (Identity Finder) by Inverness Graham Investments, Inc. (Inverness Graham). Abacus also made an equity co-investment in Identity Finder.
Identity Finder, founded in 2006 and headquartered in New York City, is the leading firm in sensitive data management. Headquartered in Newtown Square, PA, Inverness Graham is an operationally-focused private investment firm with over $250 million of assets under management.
